Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability, prevailing freight rates and confirmation of specification. Orders are governed by the sales contract and Incoterms agreed between the parties.

Quality and compliance

Goods are supplied against the agreed specification and supported by applicable export documentation. Buyers remain responsible for import permits and compliance in the destination country.

Governing law
